The client approached us with a goal of raising awareness of their new natural cosmetics brand on the Slovenian market. We took on a strategic approach and selected influencers who were the best fit for their products. We utilized this UGC to create effective Facebook video ads and Google ads, resulting in an increase in ROAS by 90 %.
In order to increase order value and purchase frequency, we implemented automated email flows using the Klaviyo platform. Through segmentation, we were able to target customers at all stages of the customer journey, while the personalized messages we have established enable the client to maintain their customer relationship.
